Staff were friendly, gym, pool, and sauna available. Decent-sized room with okay view. Helpful and kind staff, great pricing. View from room and public spaces was breathtaking, perfect for special occasions.

The view from the bar/terrace on the 39th floor was fine. It was worth staying just for that experience. The friendly and efficient staff were a highlight and made our stay enjoyable. thevery comfy and tidy room with a glass screen between the bedroom and bathroom was a unique feature. Tea/coffee facilities and a fridge in the room were a convenient touch.
There were a few disappointing aspects. The misleading room description and rude manager at check-in left a negative impression.

I had a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. The location is great, nestled in a peaceful and beautiful area. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, providing exceptional room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. The room amenities were plentiful, including a comfortable sitting area, terrace, and a safe to store my valuables. The front desk receptionists were incredibly approachable and helpful. The hotel's leisure facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness centre, provided excellent opportunities for relaxation.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The cleanliness of the room was really good, and the modern decor gave it a cozy and stylish feel. The fine view from our room was an added bonus. The hotel facilities, such as the swimming pool and sauna, were enjoyable and well-maintained. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the DLR South Quay station and close to a small mall with plenty of food options. the staff provided excellent customer service, particularly the lovely lady at the reception who was accommodating and helpful when we needed to change our room.

The location of the hotel was perfect for attending an event at the nearby O2, just a short walk away. It was also conveniently located close to the tube station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and a nice view. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The service from the day time staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a range of delicious options. The facilities, such as the swimming pool and rooftop bar, added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
The night time staff could be rude and unwelcoming at times, which was a bit disappointing.
